Captain Dag Fletcher was about to try out his diplomatic skills. After the recent I.G.O.-O.G.A. confrontation, European Space had been given back their company office on Fingalna and he had the tricky task of smoothing the way for a full return. Then there was the minor task of looking after a high level I.G.O. delegation retuning to re-open their own consulate.
